Michael Steinbeck, Director of Operations at Pacific Wealth Planning, Inc., brings over a decade of expertise in employee relations and sales management. As a licensed insurance agent, Michael excels in managing the insurance components of our business while significantly improving daily operations and client services. His ability to build enduring client relationships and deliver comprehensive support makes him a vital asset to both our team and the clients we serve.

In addition to his operational leadership, Michael serves as our Marketing Director, overseeing our website and social media presence to strengthen our brand and client engagement.

Michael lives in Danville, CA with his wife Laura, their Boxers Walter and Henry, and their Chinchilla Rupert.
